Hi! My name is Sasha, I have achieved A*A*A in my A level.
I offer friendly and supportive GCSE and A level Biology, Chemistry and Maths tutoring tailored to each student's level and learning style. I can help with understanding difficult topics, revising key concepts, preparing for exams and improving exam technique.
In my lessons I make sure that I break down difficult topics into smaller, easier-to-understand parts. In lessons we can focus on understanding the theory, practising questions, revising for exams or working on specific areas where the student is struggling.
I adapt the lesson to the student's current level and learning goals. Also, lessons can be adapted to the student's syllabus and specific areas of difficulty. I provide tutoring with a focus on understanding concepts clearly and developing strong exam technique. I can help students with difficult topics, revision, exam questions and identifying areas that need improvement.
As a medical student, I have a strong interest and insight in biology, chemistry and maths, and I enjoy explaining complex concepts in a simple and understandable way.
Lessons can be adapted to the student's syllabus and specific areas of difficulty.
UCAT Preparation
I can help students prepare for the UCAT by sharing the strategies, approaches and study techniques that helped me through the medical-school application process, because I have done it myself and know what it is.
Lessons can include question-solving strategies, timing techniques, practice questions and identifying areas for improvement. I can adapt the sessions depending on the student's current level and how much time they have before their UCAT.
I can share my own tips that I have used to achieve my results.
Medical School Interview Preparation
I offer preparation for UK medical-school interviews, including MMI and traditional interview formats.
I can help students practise answering common interview questions, develop structured answers, discuss ethical and healthcare-related scenarios, and improve their communication and confidence. I will then give detailed feedback and suggest how to improve the areas in the preparation.
My aim is to create a realistic but supportive interview environment where students can practise, receive constructive feedback and learn how to present their ideas clearly.
I can share my own experience on how to manage stress during the interview and be more confident.
Medical School Application Guidance
I can provide guidance to students who are considering applying to medical school in the UK.
I can help with understanding the application process, choosing universities, preparing for interviews, discussing work experience and volunteering, and generally preparing for the transition from school to medical school.
