I am a computer science student but plays sports as an extra curricular mostly I’ll be found in a basketball court or doing sprints in the tracks. I have played basketball for almost 5 years now and can’t wait for the next few years on the basketball game

I base my classes on theory and practicals
There are a few books and guidelines that the students need to get. And the best part of the sports class is doing it as a practical and having a ball in your hand to put into practice what is in theory. Loads of exercises is done as well to keep fit
