About Matt
I am a qualified science teacher who has previously tutored chemistry and maths to adult learners. I have experience teaching one-on-one, groups, large classes and even online. I have taught biology, chemistry and physics to GCSE as well as biology A-level and BTEC applied science.
My teaching style is informal and relaxed, but most importantly, fun! I can help you get the grades you need to move on to whatever you want to do!

My teaching method is informal and relaxed. I like to teach through discussion so students feel able to ask any question about the topic. I firmly believe that no question is a stupid question!
I am a lively and enthusiastic teacher. My aim is to make science enjoyable for all! I base my lessons around four parts: a starter to assess prior knowledge, explanation and modelling of the content and techniques, a practice section to apply new knowledge, and finally a review phase to fully ground new learning.
