About Daria
I am an enthusiastic, extrovert and friendly professional, who works as an Aquatic Science Biologist.
My work field is research in Marine Biology, Ecology and Aquaculture, seasoned with a little bit of genomics, biochemistry and oceanography.
I have been told that the passion for my profession that I share with students is contagious; that same passion made a lasting impression in the many students I trained.

I teach general sciences and biology incorporating fun facts, real life experience and useful tips.
I like to give a perspective to the students, teaching to each one of them the application of a topic/technique in their day-to-day life. I also like to keep an eye on the future, showing science-related career paths to my students. I leave ample space to students’ requests and I adapt my lessons to their needs.
My lessons are mainly catered to high school students; however, I can adapt my lessons for students in their first years of university.
