About Elena
I studied law at the University, which has allowed me to achieve a good command of the language of Cervantes, and I have a Piano degree too; I have been giving Spanish lessons during two years in my own country, and now in England, and through this experience as a Spanish teacher to students of different nationalities, such as Italian, Greek, North American, South African, for example, I have come into contact with the psychology of these different countries in learning of Spanish, this helps me to understand the weaknesses and strengths, the most common mistakes and gives me tools to know how to focus the classes according to the mother tongue from which everyone starts .

I am a very sociable person with a great sense of fun, that I like to transfer into my lessons; although I take as a reference the guidelines of the R.A.E (“Real Academia española de la Lengua” - official institution for the Spanish language), I also teach my students what are the expressions that street people use so that they are in touch with the most alive and real Spanish; Because of my passion for music, I often use this tool when I teach Spanish, what it does, collaterally to my students to acquire extra information of the culture of my country.
