I meet students where they are at. I do assessments so I can see their strengths and weaknesses. My typical lesson plan is doing a warmup, then lesson and then a break to do games. I care a lot about how students are being taught and don't want to see no child being left behind or being pushed ahead when they are not ready. I work and do lessons for PreK to 5th grade.
