About Amanda
I have always enjoyed teaching! I began as a Sunday school teacher and from there became a swim instructor. My favorite subject is English. Poetry and fiction always have a place in my heart. I believe listening and providing consistency are key elements to supporting learning.

I am patient when teaching and will go at the students pace while also encouraging them to step outside their comfort zone. I believe getting to know the student’s needs, their learning process, and their strengths to provide knowledge that will stick with them.
