About Celeste

I hold a Master’s degree in English and have been teaching and tutoring students for over 6 years. My academic background and practical experience have equipped me with the tools to support learners in improving their language skills across a wide range of contexts. From grammar fundamentals to advanced writing techniques, I take pride in guiding students toward clarity, accuracy, and confidence in English. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with students from various educational levels and language backgrounds. Whether helping a school student polish their essays or coaching an adult learner in professional communication, I approach each session with patience and a focus on individual progress. I understand that everyone learns differently, and I tailor my methods to best match each student’s needs, pace, and goals. What motivates me most is seeing the transformation in my students—the growth in their abilities, the boost in their confidence, and their excitement when they see real progress. I aim to make every lesson not only informative but also engaging and encouraging. A strong student-tutor relationship, built on mutual respect and open communication, is at the heart of how I teach. Outside of tutoring, I stay connected to language and literature through reading, writing, and ongoing professional development. I believe that teaching is a continual learning experience for both the tutor and the student, and I strive to bring fresh perspectives and energy to every session. My goal is to help students not only meet their language goals but also enjoy the journey of learning itself.

About the lesson

With 6 years of tutoring experience and a Master’s degree in English, my lessons are crafted to support students in building strong language foundations and growing in confidence. Each session is tailored to suit individual goals—whether improving academic writing, preparing for exams, or mastering conversational fluency. I ensure that the content and pace of lessons match the learner’s level and objectives.

A typical lesson may focus on grammar correction, vocabulary expansion, and reading comprehension. For students aiming to strengthen writing skills, we explore sentence structure, clarity, and essay organization. I also guide learners in developing their own writing voice while maintaining coherence and logic. Practice exercises, discussions, and feedback form the core of each session to ensure practical understanding.

Reading and speaking activities are incorporated to sharpen comprehension and pronunciation. I use diverse texts and topics to engage interest while challenging students to think critically and respond confidently. Lessons are interactive and supportive, fostering an environment where students feel safe to ask questions and make progress at their own pace.

Whether the student is in school, college, or learning English for professional or personal reasons, I design lessons that are relevant, enjoyable, and results-driven. My goal is to help each learner gain lasting skills they can apply confidently in academic, social, and career settings.
