About Emily
Having achieved a top grade in English in secondary school I went on to study it at an undergraduate level in Dublin City University. After this I made the decision to continue with my academic pursuits within the field and progressed to studying for my Masters in English Literary Studies in Queen's University Belfast. Therefore, my knowledge and interest in the discipline means that I can tailor the lessons to suit each individual student depending on their strengths and weaknesses within their studies.

My approach to tutoring means that each student receives a different class based on their own academic needs, interests and abilities. The first class together allows us to discuss what you wish to take from my tutoring, what you want to cover in our classes, and any other questions you may have. From there I devise a lesson plan, in which throughout the course of lessons you will see your skills develop and improve. My lessons are for students of all levels, whether it is primary, secondary or third-level education, or simply those interested in improving their English lit knowledge.
