About Christopher
I have been reading and writing in my free time for as long as I can remember, and have always been indulged by non-fiction. I specialize in early learning, developing literacy and analytical skills, as well as essay-writing for high schoolers. As someone with a more logic-oriented brain I find most English teachers lack structure, and have a habit of talking in circles. This is why I teach in a manner that is far more formulaic, and in a way that, in hindsight, would have been a lot more helpful for me. I, as an overthinker, can also help students avoid over-complicating things if that is a problem for them. What I have learned over the years is that good ideas always outcompete fancy language (although expanding your vocabulary is not a bad idea)

Passionate writer, teaches in Taylors Lakes, though I can come to you if you live near me or near Clayton. Online is also perfectly fine. For primary school students my approach is mostly directed towards developing basic literacy and analytical skills to build a good foundation for high school, and as for high school, my approach is directed towards essay writing and creativity. 1-hour lessons are preferred but more or less is fine.
