About Smita
I am a first year university student studying Art History and Sociology at Sydney University. I am a motivated and compassionate person who has a passion for writing, learning and teaching. I take pride in making my students feel confident in their learning journey, encouraging them to develop their skills in essay writing and critical thinking as well as encouraging them to achieve their academic goals to the best of their ability.

My teaching methodology is based on flexibility and understanding, finding study methods that work for each individual student. Lessons can range from 30-120min sessions based on the level of guidance required. I have extensive experience as a private tutor for a wide range of students, both in elementary school and high school. I am open to tutoring students from Years 7-10 in English and senior high school students studying Advanced English, English Extension 1 and 2 as well as Legal Studies.
