I am a retired K-12 public school teacher. I have taught multiple ethnicities and abilities. I have taught Special Education reading and writing, ESL English, and secondary regular education English and writing. I enjoy teaching all levels as well as all abilities.

I believe learning should be enjoyable, if at all possible. If learning is difficult, or even painful, as in the case of a Learning Disabled student, I alternate pleasurable and less pleasurable activities to give students something to look forward to.
