About Sian
Hi guys!! Lovely to meet you all!! My name is Sian and I teach English online. I am TEFL certified and have more than one year experience teaching English online to both adults and children. I love to travel and have travelled extensively throughout my life. I also love being at one with nature and keeping fit in the outdoors. Meeting new people from different places and with different cultures is a big part of my life. I am a keen environmentalist and I am an advocate of animal welfare. I practice yoga and meditation and enjoy the simple things in life.

I believe that all students are individual, this is important to me when I am planning a lesson. I tailor all lessons to the student's needs and requirements. When dealing with adults I make sure they are comfortable with any methods and activities that I use. I suggest but never push. I feel that being relaxed and finding enjoyment in the curriculum is the most important aspect of progression in language ability. For children I use props and games as well as more structured materials.
