About James
English is a subject many can think is too bizarre at exam levels. Sure you can read and write so why bother with all the weird poetry and stuff? Well I'll tell you why. English is the most important subject in high school. For most of us it will be the widest and most philosophical subject we will study and essential for moving on to most university courses. The essays never end! Fortunately I love English and I would love to teach you how best to express yourself and pass exams.

I have been teaching English and tutoring for several years, both in the U.K and all over Europe. I have experience of tutoring in person and online and have had great results improving general skills and prepping for exams. As a high school English teacher I have an excellent grasp of the curriculum and what the exam board is looking for in a student. My classes are 50 mins and a mix of practical tips for how to study and get the most from their education and a wider overview of how these skills are applicable in the real world. I specialise in students studying for their Nat5s, GCSEs, Highers and A-Levels.
