About Tida

Hi, I’m Tida! I’m excited to share my passion for teaching English to young learners. Over the past nine years, I’ve had the joy of teaching students aged 5 to 30, both in-person and online. My focus is on making lessons fun and engaging, especially through phonics and vocabulary. I believe that learning should be an adventure! That’s why I strive to create a lively environment where students can express themselves through conversations. My Approach to Tutoring & Teaching Methodology Teaching Techniques & Methodology I use a student-centered approach, ensuring lessons are engaging, interactive, and tailored to each learner’s goals. My teaching methods include: Communicative Language Teaching (CLT): Encouraging real-life conversations and practical use of the language. Scaffolding & Support: Providing structured guidance, sentence starters, and prompts to help students build confidence. Task-Based Learning: Using role-playing, discussions, and real-world scenarios to make learning more effective. Flipped Classroom: Assigning pre-lesson materials to maximize speaking practice during class. Feedback & Corrections: Giving constructive feedback in a positive and encouraging way to help students improve. Typical Lesson Length Standard lessons are 60 minutes, but I also offer 30-minute based on student needs.
