I have a BA in English Literature and a TESOL certification. After seven amazing years of teaching high school in Shanghai, China, I decided to return to America to work on my MA and get my secondary ELA certification. I am also working on a Graduate Certificate in Gifted Education.

Therefore, I strive to construct every lesson around questions and problem solving. I also believe that each individual learner is unique.
