About Scott

I am a teacher with over 18 years of classroom experience. I have loved English as a subject since I was a student and I am an avid reader and learner. I have helped hundreds of students improve their writing skills and get outstanding results in their exams. I get a real enjoyment from seeing a student have success (no matter how big the achievement).
In my spare time I love sports and was a state representative in basketball and athletics in my younger days, however I spend most of my time enjoying being a dad to my two young boys.

About the lesson

I am very flexible and can tailor my lessons to suit your learning goals and needs. English is meant to be fun and enjoyable and I like to approach it by teaching others to work 'smarter NOT harder'. There are proven techniques that will help make even the toughest essay question or assignment much easier to write and understand.
