About Kelly
As an English teacher last year, I was assigned to our “EOC” and Reading class. The EOC class was the class for the kiddos that did not pass the state mandated test, there have been years I was told that nobody passed the test with that class. I started and over 50% of my kids passed, which may not seem like a lot, but again there were years prior that no one passed. This year I was moved up to English 2 and the English 2 classes that require an aide because of how well I did last year with all my kids (80% of my students were labeled as SPED in some capacity and even more were on a 504 plan). I am all about individualization and the needs of my students. My student comes first and I will fight tooth and nail to do whatever I need to do to make sure you succeed.

Lessons are based on individual needs. All lessons are tailored to the needs of the student, to include any accommodations necessary. I am certified to teach students grades 6-12, however I have taken classes for students with dyslexia and have small children of my own with dyslexia and ADHD, tutoring is not a one size fits all.
