About Thomas
Hello,
I’ve been teaching for 25 years. I’ve taught all levels of language arts, basic math, social studies and AVID elective classes. My favorite part of being an educator is working one on one with students and watching them get excited about learning again. I have worked with motivated and not so motivated students and helped them thrive. I am excited to help my students make connections between their interests and skills to become successful students.

My favorite part of being an educator is to work one on one with students and watch them get excited about learning. I have worked with motivated and not so motivated students and helped them become successful. I am excited to help my students make connections between their interests and becoming a more successful student.
I like to use examples that my students can relate and apply to their lives. I have taught all grades and levels of high school English, and I'm excited to help students find their writer's voice.
What sets me apart as a tutor is probably my flexibility and willingness to use any method necessary to help students.
