About Portia

I have a passion for teaching. I had amazing teachers in school and I would love to be a great teacher to someone else. I enjoy sharing knowledge with others and being a part of their success. In my spare time, I love going on hikes and exploring new things.

About the lesson

My lessons are learner-centered. With focus on grammar, pronunciation, and sentence construction. I teach business English and conversational English. I assist in test preparation and interview preparation. I focus on articulation and on accent perfection. My classrooms revolve around respect, patience, and accommodation of one another.
