My approach to tutoring lessons is as follows:
There is no one-size-fits-all approach and I strive to create a learning environment that caters to diverse student needs and learning styles through utilising a teacher centred approach.
To me, teaching is not just about conveying knowledge, but also about inspiring and motivating students to learn and grow. My methodologies include blended learning which combines traditional instruction with online learning as well as Universal Design for Learning (UDL) which aims to make learning accessible to all students, regardless of abilities.
Through differentiated instruction I cater to individual students' needs and abilities and personalised learning that tailors instruction to meet individual students’ needs and interests.
Typically, the length of my tutoring lesson is one hour and my lessons are for 5 - 12 year olds.
I possess a Bachelor of Education and have many years of teaching and tutoring experience.
