About Iris

I am currently a middle school teacher, but I started out teaching elementary students. I enjoy the subjects of math and grammar. These can be difficult subjects for students, so I aim to teach in a way that is memorable and engages my students.

Education should be fun, but sometimes it can be difficult to understand. I enjoy making subjects relatable to make them easier to understand. I like to use different modalities to make concepts come to life. I try to make the learning experience geared toward an individuals specific needs.
