About Sougandh
Born and brought up in Kerala, I completed my degree and master's in English Language and Literature from University of Calicut and Annamalai University respectively. I also hold a BEd in English from Kannur University. The beginning 2 years of my career was at a CBSE school located in Kannur and various other private educational institutions. Since January 2012, I have been teaching in a school in Maldives, where I teach IGCSE syllabus of Cambridge University.

I help my students to make them confident about their skills, by friendly guiding them to master language skills using various teaching methods such as direct method, translation method etc. I believe that a teacher’s job is to create opportunities for learners to practice and master a skill in a learner-centered atmosphere rather than traditional lecturing lessons which is mostly teacher-centered.
