contents with time bound curriculum practices by adopting class planning, notes making , test papers preparation, sample paper solutions and relevant result oriented tools. Boosted elementary students' engagement by implanting the self developed "Focused Teacher Evaluation System". Organises motivational sessions for students' to prepare them for their future endeavours. I feel teaching /mentoring is not a job...it’s an aim.
