My teaching method and tutoring style depends on the learner's specific needs (their own and their school teacher's) for improvement as well as their learning style or disability. I would begin by understanding the current situation and the goal of the sessions. Once I determine the level of need and instruction in each area, we will plan each session accordingly to cover each topic. There will always be homework assigned but it will usually be research-based, to prepare for the next session.
