About Elizabeth
My first teaching job was in a school for slow learners in Chicago. I quickly realized that most of my students were mislabeled. They weren't slow. They simply didn't have the fundamentals that were required as building blocks for more advanced learning. That realization inspired me to start 1-on-1 tutoring. The other reason that my students were behind was because they hated learning. This is why learning must be relevant, applicable, and fun.
