About Alana
I’m a research student and a part-time undergraduate teacher in English, with a deep love for poetry and literature. But more importantly, I see myself as both a learner and a guide. Teaching, for me, isn’t a one-way street—it’s a conversation, a shared experience. Every class is an opportunity not just to teach, but to learn—from your questions, your perspectives, and your unique ways of seeing the text. I believe we all bring something valuable to the table, and that real learning happens when we listen as much as we speak. Everything we read, discuss, and feel is part of a larger experience that shapes how we understand literature—and ourselves. I’m here to share what I know, but also to grow alongside you.
