About Callum
I am a Principal Teacher with a passion for my subject and a desire to pass this on to others. I graduated from the University of Glasgow with a 2:1 MA (hons) in English Literature and from the University of Edinburgh with a Masters in 'Literature and Modernity: 1900-Present' (Distinction). I am also a member of the PVG scheme and I am happy to show evidence of this prior to our first meeting.

My approach to tutoring is flexible and will be based on the needs of each individual tutee. This means I can effectively tailor each session to what is required. I like to look over a student's past work so that we can establish a baseline from which to work and improve upon. I aim to strike a balance between the practical skills needed for the exam and to encourage an individual's enthusiasm for English as a subject.
