She is a very intelligent and wise educator. She has been teaching for the past many years in different countries, namely Swaziland and many years in South Africa. She really know about diversity and respect of peple's different cultures as well as their religious activities. She like and use to communicate with different people, e.g. one of here friends are white women and they have been friends for some many years till now. What I like about her is that she easily adapt changes and transitions. She really love to teach. Teaching is her most favorable work on job. She love children and also want them to succeed in life. Hence am also being encouraged, pushed and motivated by her to do more in education while am still young and alive. In contrast, am doing a fourth year in my B.ed profession because of her encouragement.

Personally I think her experience speaks for itself, she has had alot of production of students including myself. So I can honestly state that students under her care will be as good as they can be and will be able to converse without fear and be proud to speak English with other races outside their own country.
