About Marissa
I am a Certified Elementary Teacher Assistant and I have 17 years experience teaching from kindergarten, 1st, 2nd,3rd and 4th grade in Classroom setting. I have taught privately over 300 to 500 students and they have improved in reading Comprehension, Writing, basic math.

My goal is to present material in a way that the student will understand the basic and be able to move to the next level with confidence. Many skills involve in learning to read including phonics words, pronouncing the letters, vocabulary and sight words.
