About Atlanta
I'm a specialist SEND teaching assistant that works in English classes, helping unmotivated and troubled students to achieve a passing grade, no matter how many re-sits it takes.
I am also dyslexic, autistic and dyspraxic, so have a good length of life-experience when it comes to taking GCSE exam's that don't often follow a neurodivergent friendly mark scheme.
I am studying a master's in psychology, in hopes to go into educational psychology and provide more effective learning techniques and accommodations to those that struggle in school, and to help provide a level playing field in mainstream education for young people that often get left behind.

Typical techniques involve improving vocabulary and literacy/reading-ability as the foundation for further teaching and progress. Exam techniques are then broken down and applied to practice papers, until the student is proficient.
-Specialized techniques for those that whom are neurodivergent are taught and applied - from ADHD to dyslexia.
I am an experienced teaching assistant, studying a master's in psychology in hopes to become an educational psychologist, and work mainly in GCSE English classes with young people from 16-20, who struggle to pass and are often re-sitting.
-Lesson length will be approximately 45 minutes.
-Age for lessons can be varied, but suitability starts from age 13 up to any age, as I also have experience with adults.
