About Aarcha
I am an English postgraduate and an ex-Amazonian who chose to step away from the corporate world to pursue my passion for teaching with purpose and professionalism. Even when I had a teaching job offer in hand, I decided to join B.Ed because I did not want to enter classrooms by merely experimenting and learning along the way. I wanted to understand the science, psychology, and responsibility behind teaching so that I could become a teacher who truly knows what she is doing.
For me, teaching is not just about completing portions or delivering lessons; it is about shaping confidence, curiosity, and independent thinking in learners.

My aim is to create a comfortable learning environment where students feel encouraged to express themselves freely and develop independent learning habits.
