About Iris

I am Miss Iris Mamashela and teaching is one of my greatest ego and passion. Interacting with learners leaves me with fulfillment and pleasure as we share ideas and grow together in our learning journey. I am focused on building students' independent study habits, methods, and norms. I personally believe that students' natural curiosity shouldn't be suppressed because that is how easier they learn.

About the lesson

I am an effective and goal-setting teacher with good and clear communication skills. Acting as a role model and flexible, also always willing to embrace change. I promote a healthy learning environment and come to class prepared. As a good teacher, I am critical to the development and academic success of my students. I am collaborative, problem-solving, and innovative. I am also a lifelong learner and dedicated to my students' progress.
