Hi, I'm Monica and I'm a graduate from Fort Street High School and currently practice as an optometrist as a graduate from UNSW.
I have gained 9 years of experience as a high school tutor - working at a number of tutoring centers and having tutored over 100 students.

Great tutor!
I started my year really struggling with English and Monica helped me regain confidence in my writing and helped to improve my grade.
She refined my understanding of my assigned texts, helped me to develop my exam technique and taught me how to effectively target exam questions. She gave really useful feedback, too. Overall, excellent tutor.

I highly recommend Monica !! She is very patient and super friendly. She is extremely clear when explaining the content and with her help, I was able to improve in ranks as I had been 20th/87 and came out 2nd/87 in English Trials.
She is by far the best tutor I have ever had/met and I've had many tutors. Through her teaching and her guidance, I was inspired and motivated to study hard and achieve top marks.

My tutoring service extends beyond the scope of consolidating concepts and addressing practice questions but also addressing exam technique. My lessons are structured around providing students with the highest quality education and giving tips on how to best learn and memorize content to maximize marks in exams, while also equipping students with the necessary skills and knowledge throughout their high school career.
I provide tutoring at my house located in Canley Heights or online via Zoom and am unavailable for home visits.
Prices are set at $80 an hour for private tutoring and $70 an hour for 2 or more people.
