I am a professional volleyball player who graduated from a college in Jamestown, North Dakota (the University of Jamestown) with a degree in English. I have spent the last ten years either working full-time or attending school and playing college volleyball full-time.

I believe that every student has a unique learning style that I aim to help discover and work with. I believe in a practice-based approach to learning, similar to athletics, where repetitions breed mastery. I believe in question-asking and back and forth dialogue to truly understand my student and the specifics needs they require to fully comprehend material.
