My lessons are hands-on from the start, with every session covering vocabulary building, spelling, and creative writing through active practice rather than lecturing. A typical lesson opens with a vocabulary warm-up, moves into a spelling focus tied to patterns or the student's own work, then shifts into a creative writing task like a prompt, revision exercise, or an ongoing piece. Everything is customized to where the student is that day, and feedback is always direct and specific so students know exactly what to improve. I work with a wide range of learners, from ESL students building core English literacy to AP Literature students refining their style and analysis, and I adjust the pace, content, and expectations accordingly. If you want to build real, transferable writing skills, these lessons are for you.
