Maintaining a classroom environment conducive to learning
Assessing students’ learning progress, identifying areas of need, and developing individualized learning plans to help students meet academic goals
Assessing whether students have mastered the content of each lesson and making necessary adjustments to subsequent lessons as needed
Serving as a role model by demonstrating enthusiasm for the subject matter and conveying enthusiasm to students
