About Susmita
English is and was my favourite subject. That's why I selected English literature and language as my main subject in graduation and post graduation. I passed my dual degree with good academic records. I believe in relevant picture showing and serving examples so that one can get a conceptual clarity about the subject or context. I never belittle and rebuke my students because they flowers alike innocent learners. So my concern is only to make understand their faults so that he/ she can realise and rectify that by themselves.

I'm teaching for last 6 years
I believe in storytelling method for producing new style of teaching. I also believe that a teacher also learns a lot from a student as well. But before that mutual respect & friendship is mandatory.
I always become a second mom and best friend of my students.
I guide them while they face any impediments regarding studies and other genuine mental problems. So that I love to teach along with some literary and practical examples.
I can assure you all my dear students cum friends you will never feel monotonous rather you will love it.
