About Anshita
As a tutor for 4+ years, my aim has been to understand the needs of each student. I do not believe in one size fits all. Each student has their unique abilities and weaknesses that a teacher must be able to work around so the student performs to the best of their abilities.

I, as a tutor, focus nudging students towards their potential while ensuring I am kind towards them. My aim is not just to make them understand a concept but to understand them and adapt my teaching skills for them.
I believe I am not just a teacher but a student who learns along with them by the questions they ask. Questions are a proof of learning curiosity. So, my emphasis is inculcating a habit of asking questions.
To end this just right, I don't aim to bring learning to students. I want to bring students closer to learning. I cannot say whether I have succeeded in my endeavors but I am continuously striving to be a better educator and that is my intrinsic motivation.
