I believe that learning works best when it’s student-centred, engaging, and tailored to each individual’s needs and goals. My teaching approach is flexible and sympathetic, built on strong communication, active listening, and a focus on developing confidence as well as knowledge. I hold a 200-hour TEFL.org certificate, with experience teaching both adults and am currently studying English Literature at the University of York, where I have developed strong academic, communication, and mentoring skills. Lesson lengths are typically 60 minutes but can vary depending on your schedule and focus. My lessons are suitable for English as a foreign language learners (beginner to advanced), school students needing help with English literature, essays, or language, and adult learners seeking conversational English or grammar support.
