About Ella

There is no doubt that English literature opens a door to a world of opportunities that are invaluable. I am a graduate from UCL with a BA in English Literature and I take great pleasure in teaching others and watching them thrive as they learn and improve their skills. I grew up watching and helping my mother teach English to students in top schools across London, and have since developed these skills both academically and in teaching. In addition, in the academic year of 2022-23, I ran The English Society at UCL as President, giving talks and assisting students in their essay writing skills, whilst also engaging with leading members of the department by hosting podcasts and workshops! About the lesson

I like to ensure that my students feel challenged whilst leaving each lesson feeling comfortable and hungry to learn more. I want learning to be a fun experience, whereby the joys of literature can be realised, whilst ensuring that each student can achieve their best results!
