About Phoebe
I graduated from the University of Redlands with a degree in English literature and a minor in vocal performance. Listening and clear communication have since remained my passion as a professional transcriptionist and freelance editor.
In my professional life however, the one thing I have understood throughout a myriad of writing contexts and opportunities is the need for clarity, brevity, and compassion. Overall, I vow to treat every student with the attention they deserve, as the truth I have discovered is: there is no place in the world where communication isn't key, and the first step to quality communication is to understand the perspective of the other.
