About Ruby
I started an international relations degree straight out of school, and have worked in the government since. I'm looking to expand my horizons and do something much more rewarding. I have a passion for ideas and words, and I love being with people!

I like to gain a thorough understanding of what my student thinks of the text first. This provides a great basis for me to explain my perspective or what could improve. I also think handouts can be a very helpful teaching tool - I have no problem letting students have copies of my essays!
