Because each student learns differently and academic success occurs when lessons are tailored to meet the student, my goal is to teach and guide my students by identifying where learning gaps are occurring. I will create tutor sessions to target weak areas as well as reinforce material already learned. I teach by active learning, where a student doesn't just memorize material, but rather, masters the material
