About Tanya
As a teacher of 25 years' experience, I know what works. Anything else is window dressing. Students gain the confidence to move from one stage to another with me, and that's all I care about. I'm a fully qualified English teacher, and have a current DBS certificate and Safeguarding training.

I adapt to each student in order to maximise their potential. The ratio changes over time, so initially, I put in the majority of the information, and I expect all of my students to be receptive, do the work, make mistakes and learn from the experience. As they learn, they invest more time and gain confidence and expertise. It's a joyful experience.
