About Luyema
My name is Luyema Awona Ndoko. I was born in the township, grew up there while attending a private school. My Grade 3 teacher was very passionate about teaching English Home Language. I can say I somewhat grasped the passion from her. I fell in love with the language at a younger age. I would come back from school, and teach my age mates and those that were younger than me, what I had learned from school. I believed everyone was able to learn and know what I had learned. I loved educating and I still do. I would like to enhance my students' grammar. That's what my teacher used to say : "improving our grammar on a daily basis". This kept me going. Still does.

A lot of students find the English language to be difficult and so complicated. Not so much. However, I will not admit to it being easy, but I will make sure that each and every student is very much aware of how to use proper grammar. It is indeed very possible for a student to become passionate about the language
