About Daniella
Remember, I understand exactly what you are going through. Just because I teach these subjects does not mean they came easily to me, I have experienced the same stress, pressure, and challenges that many students face in these courses. Classes like AP English, AP US History, and AP European History can feel overwhelming at times, which is why I want to help students turn those stressful subjects into engaging and rewarding ones.
I have taken advantage of every academic opportunity available to strengthen my knowledge and qualifications, including completing courses such as AP European History, AP US History, AP English Language and Composition, AP Psychology, and more. Because of my recent experience in these classes, I can offer not only academic support, but also practical study strategies, writing techniques, and encouragement that genuinely help students succeed with confidence.

My teaching method aims to keep students as engaged as possible while creating a supportive and encouraging learning environment. As a fellow student, I understand the challenges and stress that come with difficult classes, so I try to incorporate the study methods and strategies that worked best for me. I tutor English 1 & 2, AP English Language and Composition, regular and AP US History, and European History. Each lesson plan is personalized to fit the student’s individual needs, but typically includes detailed overviews of key concepts, guided practice, interactive discussions, and dedicated work time to ensure the material truly sticks. What sets me apart is my patient and supportive teaching style, along with my ability to break down complex topics in ways that are easier for both struggling and advanced students to understand. Because I was recently in these same classes myself, I can relate to students and help them approach their work with confidence and less stress.
