About Alexander
I am a graduate from McMaster University's Honors English & History program. I have had a LOT of experience with writing all kinds of papers with varying formats and purposes. The most important thing I ever learned from writing was how much fun and informative it is for people to do! You can learn a lot about yourself and the world by learning how to write well.
As both an English and History major, I can aid students through writing with both MLA and Chicago Style papers with great formal and experiential knowledge. If you're looking to write better argumentative essays, prep for written exams, or develop research, I've got you covered.

My goal is to help students give their writing a unique identity and to polish their work to appear professional, academic, and tastefully entertaining. A typical lesson plan would include teaching the essentials of developing a paper or story and practicing implementing tools and conventions into a personal style according to a student.
What sets me apart as a tutor is my conviction that human writing is a necessary skill in the advent of AI technology. The only thing a human can offer that AI cannot is soulful writing.
My lessons are for any young people from grades 6-12 (Canada) who want to improve their writing and communication skills whether for academic or creative purposes.
