About Cedra
Hi, I’m Cedra! I recently graduated from the International Baccalaureate (IB), where I studied English Language & Literature at Higher Level and achieved a strong final result, broadly equivalent to an A. I’m now a university student at KCL and would love to use the skills I developed throughout my studies to help younger students build their confidence in English.
I’m patient, friendly, and approachable, and I understand that every child learns differently. I particularly enjoy working with younger students and making learning feel encouraging rather than intimidating. My aim is to create a comfortable environment where students feel confident asking questions, improving their skills and reaching their full potential!

I offer friendly and engaging English lessons for children aged 7+, including support for 7+ and 11+ preparation. I recently graduated from the International Baccalaureate (IB), where I studied English Language & Literature at Higher Level and achieved a strong final result.
My lessons are tailored to each child’s individual needs and learning style, focusing on both academic improvement and confidence. I can support students with reading comprehension, creative writing, spelling, grammar, vocabulary and essay writing, as well as schoolwork and exam preparation.
I aim to make English enjoyable and approachable, particularly for younger students, using interactive activities and explanations that are easy to understand. Lessons are typically one hour, but can be adapted depending on the child’s age, concentration and goals.
Most importantly, I want each student to feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes while steadily developing their confidence and ability in English.
