About Kankana
I'd encourage open communication and free thinking with my students to make them feel important. I'd be enthusiastic with them. I like to praise my students often and recognize them for their contributions. I'd get them involved in the classroom by making them participate in some assignment to. This makes them feel accomplished and encourages active participation in the class. Encourage the students to debate to enrich the subject matter. I'd draw connection of the subject matter to real life. If a student doesn't believe that what they are learning is important, they wouldn't want to learn, so it’s important to demonstrate how the subject relates to them. Showing them how the subject is used by 'real' people will give it new significance. It'll motivate them to learn attentively.
